Strawberry Base

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Coconut Pineapple Drink

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 12 tbsp brown sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberry base: Blend the fresh strawberries with the 1/4 cup pineapple juice until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into a separate jug and set aside.
  2. Make the coconut pineapple drink: Rinse the blender, then add the fresh pineapple chunks, ice cubes, 3/4 cup pineapple juice, coconut milk, and brown sugar if using. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Assemble the drink: Pour the strawberry base into a tall glass until it fills about 25% of the glass. Slowly top with the coconut pineapple mixture to fill the rest of the glass. Swirl gently with a straw or skewer to create a beautiful gradient effect if desired.
