Fish Burger:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- ⅔ cup sparkling water or beer
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 pound white fish, cut into four fillets
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 liters vegetable oil
