  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 avocado, sliced

For Frying:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Soy sauce and wasabi (for serving)
  • Sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Rice: Rinse sushi rice, cook with water, then season with rice vinegar, salt, and sugar.
  2. Chill the Rice: Press seasoned rice into a tray, refrigerate until firm.
  3. Prepare Tuna Topping: Mix tuna with mayo, sriracha, and soy sauce.
  4. Fry the Rice: Cut chilled rice, fry until crispy.
  5. Assemble: Top rice with tuna mixture, avocado slices, sesame seeds, and green onions.
  6. Serve: Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
