  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions
