1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a muffin tin.
Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until pale and creamy. Gradually add melted butter, coconut milk, and vanilla extract, stirring well.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine shredded coconut, flour, baking powder, and salt.
