Frosting:

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350 F/180 C. Prepare the cake pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugars: Cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
