  • 1/2 tsp

Garlic Powder:

  • 1/2 tsp

Salt:

Black Pepper:

  • 1/4 tsp

Beef Broth:

  • 1 cup

Cheddar Cheese:

  • 1 cup (shredded)

Olive Oil:

  • 1 tbsp (for cooking)

Fresh Parsley:

  • Optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Potatoes: Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 8-10 minutes until they start to soften and lightly brown. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Cook the Ground Meat: Drain any excess fat if needed.
  3. Add Vegetables and Seasonings: Stir in the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
  4. Combine and Simmer: Add the cooked potatoes back to the skillet. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top. Cover and let simmer for a few minutes until the cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
