Mini Grilled Cheese Sticks Appetizer (w/ Soup Shooter) Recipe
These Mini Grilled Cheese Sticks are a perfect appetizer for any gathering, served with a side of warm tomato soup for dipping. Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, these cheesy sticks are sure to be a hit!

Bread:
Cheese:
- 1 ½ Cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese (*I used a mixed package)
Sauce:
- 1 Stick Unsalted Butter ((Melted))
- ½ Cup Ketchup
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- ¾ Tsp. Onion Powder
- ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
- ¼ Tsp. Salt (*If using unsalted butter)
- Mix your ketchup aioli and set aside. Combine ketchup, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Lay your bread slices out onto your counter and add a spoonful of sauce to EACH side. Spread the sauce on each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle about 1/3 cup of cheese evenly on one side of each sandwich and close them up. Divide the cheese among the sandwiches.
- Brush melted butter onto each side of your sandwiches making sure to get the edges. Coat the sandwiches with melted butter.
- Bake at 374°F on the BOTTOM rack for 6 minutes or until browned. Flip sandwiches and bake another 3 minutes or so. Let cool before cutting.
- Serve with warm tomato soup on the side or in plastic shooters for dipping!
