  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Teriyaki Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Mango Salsa:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish:

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Teriyaki Glaze: In a small saucepan, combine the teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Mango Salsa: Dice the mango into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until the salmon is cooked through.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Transfer the cooked salmon to serving plates. Spoon the thickened teriyaki glaze over each piece of salmon. Top with the fresh mango salsa.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve immediately with rice or steamed vegetables.
