Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
- ½ cup tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup water
- Rinse and drain your chickpeas. Prepare the ingredients as listed.
- Add all ingredients to the blender. Put chickpeas and wet ingredients closest to the blade, and basil on top.
- Blend on low. Start blending and add water gradually until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Serve and enjoy! Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy with your favorite dippers.
