Pigs in a Blanket:

  • 12 oz Lit’l Smokies smoked sausage
  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 4 oz butter
  • Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare Jalapeno Poppers: Remove jalapeño stems, slice in half, and deseed. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Fill jalapeño halves with cream cheese mixture and top each with a sausage.
  3. Wrap in Dough: Slice crescent rolls, wrap each popper in dough, and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with salt, and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
