Bean Dip Ingredients

  • 29 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • ¾ cup Ro-Tel Original, drained
  • ⅓ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • ⅓ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Serve With

  • Blue corn tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, add the rinsed and drained black beans, drained Ro-Tel Original, finely diced red onion, diced orange bell pepper, seeded and minced jalapeno, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, lime zest, and lime juice. Gently toss all these ingredients together until evenly mixed.
  2. Season the Dip: Add the kosher salt and black pepper to the mixture. Stir well to incorporate the seasonings evenly throughout the bean dip.
