  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Optional: Plain Greek yogurt or sour cream for serving

Instructions
