Boneless Chicken Breast (cubed):

  • 1.5 lbs

Fresh Broccoli Florets:

  • 3 cups

Heavy Cream:

  • 1 cup

Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese:

  • 1 cup

Garlic (minced):

  • 6 cloves

Butter:

  • 4 tablespoons

Olive Oil:

  • 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Cook Tortellini: Boil salted water and cook tortellini until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
  2. Steam Broccoli: Steam broccoli for 3-4 minutes, then cool in ice water.
  3. Sear Chicken: Season and sear chicken until cooked through.
  4. Make Sauce: Sauté garlic in butter, add cream, and whisk in Parmesan.
  5. Combine: Toss chicken, tortellini, and broccoli with sauce until coated.
  6. Serve: Garnish with extra Parmesan and serve hot.

  • You can add sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
