Vegetable Base:

- 1 cup Kale (shredded)
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for drizzling)
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan or Vegetarian Alternative
- Sauté Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven or pan. Add onion, carrots, celery, zucchini, sweet potato, and garlic. Sauté with salt for 5 minutes.
- Add Flavor: Stir in oregano, thyme, and tomato paste. Season and mix well.
