  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional:

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss Cauliflower: In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast Cauliflower: Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
