  • 1 cup dry white rice (**)
  • 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Creamy Sauce:

  • ½ cup heavy cream (***)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Season the chicken with the garlic salt and pepper.
