Ingredients

Rolled Oats:

½ cup (50g)

Almond Butter:

1 cup (250g)

Honey:

2 tbsp (40g)

Dried Cranberries:

¼ cup (40g)

Shelled Pistachios, Chopped:

¼ cup (30g)

Vanilla Protein Powder:

¼ cup (30g)

Sea Salt:

¼ tsp (1g)

Vanilla Extract:

½ tsp (2.5ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine almond butter and honey: In a large bowl, mix well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients: Rolled oats, cranberries, pistachios, protein powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix: Until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Roll into balls: 1-inch bite-sized balls.
  5. Place on baking sheet: Lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate: For at least 30 minutes to set.
  7. Store: In an airtight container in the refrigerator.
