Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix applesauce, sugar, and almond butter. Add protein powder, cacao powder, and almond flour. Stir until dough forms.
  2. Shape the Bites: Use a cookie scoop to form balls from the dough. Roll them with your hands and place on a flat surface. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Coat with Chocolate: Melt chocolate. Dip each bite into the chocolate, then sprinkle with sprinkles.
