Fish:
- 450 grams white fish fillets (cod, halibut, or tilapia), cut into portions
Aromatics:
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
Liquids:
- 400 milliliters coconut milk
- 480 milliliters chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- Juice of 1 lime

- Prepare the Fish – Pat fish fillets dry with paper towel and season both sides with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
