  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme

For Assembly:

  • 1 loaf round sourdough bread

Instructions

  1. Caramelize the Onions: Thinly slice onions, cook with 2 tbsp butter and olive oil over medium heat. Season with salt. Cook until brown.
  2. Prepare Ingredients: Preheat oven. Quarter and sauté pear in butter. Slice Brie. Cut slits in bread.
