  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Baking Dish: Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
