  • 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Lemon Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Prepare Salmon Rolls: Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Spread the ricotta mixture on each fillet, add asparagus spears, and roll them up. Place on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake: Bake the salmon rolls in a preheated 425F/220C oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked.
