These Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles are a delightful keto-friendly snack or appetizer that combines the tangy crunch of dill pickles with a creamy, cheesy filling. Perfect for satisfying those savory cravings without the guilt!

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients:

  • 6 large dill pickles (halved lengthwise)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning

Optional Toppings:

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (for a smoky kick)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Crushed crackers or panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Cheese Mixture – In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth and evenly combined. For extra flavor, add garlic powder or smoked paprika.
  2. Step 2: Hollow Out the Pickles – Slice each dill pickle in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon to scoop out the center, creating a hollow space for stuffing. Pat the pickles dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. Step 3: Stuff the Pickles – Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into the hollowed-out pickles. Ensure the filling is evenly spread but not overflowing.
  4. Step 4: Preheat Your Air Fryer – Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Step 5: Air Fry the Stuffed Pickles – Arrange the pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through. Cook until cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Step 6: Cool & Serve – Let the pickles cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions or crushed crackers for extra crunch. Serve with ranch dressing or honey mustard for dipping!
